Purpose

Creative range requires clear boundaries

Novacivelle Publishing House develops distinctive literary work inside the wider Novacivelle city. Books and author identities may belong to rich imaginative worlds. That framing remains separate from factual claims about real people, credentials, events and achievements.

Human direction and editing

A human publisher remains responsible for conception, commissioning, editorial direction, revision, fact-checking, rights review and every publication decision. Tools may support production; they do not replace accountable judgment.

Fictional author identities

A pen name or fictional author persona may form part of a work’s creative presentation. Its fictional status is stated on the profile and wherever a reader could reasonably mistake it for an independently existing person.

[Author Name] is a fictional author persona and pen name presented by Novacivelle Publishing House. The identity and visual representation are digitally created; the publishing programme is human-directed.

Imagination is not a credential

Personas are not assigned invented degrees, licences, employers, awards, bestseller status, press coverage, endorsements, testimonials, events, regulated expertise or commercial claims based on false lived experience.

Rights before release

Publication requires a documented basis for every text, image, voice, dataset and source involved. A visual identity may not imitate a recognizable real person or use protected artwork as filler.

Truthful catalogue status

Concept, drafting, editing, forthcoming and published are distinct states. A work is never described as published, purchasable or reviewed before the relevant evidence exists.

Human review gates

Records flagged for sensitivity or rights review remain in the internal inventory and are excluded from public author profiles, catalogue results, direct routes and the sitemap until cleared.
